Why not zest the lemon peel first? You could add it to the liquid or freeze dry it on its own.

I use it in my homemade, hygiene, cleaning and laundry supplies. Its great in the face wash if you have acne. Orange peels and banana peels for toothpaste they whiten.

Next up: Freeze dried BBQ sauce powder. I'm also wondering if thin slicing potatoes, freeze dry, then fry in oil would make a good chip. Sprinkle with BBQ sauce powder and snack away.

I've used orange peels & apple cider vinegar to make a really wonderful kitchen cleaner.
I wonder if lemon peels will work similarly?

Surf site how to dry pomegranate seeds.
Purchase dry pomegranate from store, Remove seeds, add vinegar, roste it in fry pan, freeze dry it. Crush inside grinder.
Use pomegranate powder.
It's very delicious.

Maybe have a margarita with your salad...? 😋🍹🥗 Lol. Yes, not really a recipe. But it can be nice to have the "recipe" as a reference, so thanks for taking the time to do that. Haven't FD'd lemons for lemon powder yet. But I do love lemons and all citrus, even when it can "wasabi" me, haha. 🧡🍋🍊💛 I'm prepping some grapefruit slices for the FD now and will probably go on a lemon run next.

One other thing to look into ~ in your spare time ~ is Pectic Enzyme to remove most of the white pith from citrus. The Inquisitive Farmwife made a video last year, showing how she used it prior to waterbath canning mandarin oranges. It works GREAT. It's an extra step, extra time, maybe too fiddly for some folks. But the results for canning are outstanding, so I'm trying it now to see if it makes a difference in the end product for freeze drying. One container is probably more than a lifetime supply, as you only need about 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon of powder per quart of citrus slices (in water) to "wear down" the pith. Anyway, thanks for another fun video! 🍋🍋💖😄👍
