It's 4am and I'm sleepy. But this great information still sinked in. A very comprehensive content yet simplified. Goodnight.

Amazing video!
here are some caveats:
1. Building models is more challenging than we think, even with help of chatgpt
2. Multi million or even median companies still have loads of data for transfer deep learning methodologies
3. We dont have 1 and 2.
4. Definately possible however.

So happy I came across this, I explained this to someone and they said if it doesn’t exist I have not done enough research. Foresight is very important. I’m looking forward to testing my idea 🙏🏾

Awesome content, I am inspired. I am from Ukraine, but was lucky to work with USA based companies during my entire career and currently I am building b2b saas products with low code and ai (Microsoft stack). Thanks for the inspiration. It’s actually what we are doing and planning to launch the products to build intelligent organisations. Simply because it looks logical extension for organisations.

Very Interesting. Just a few questions. would a SAAS operating at the intelligence layer operate on all the departments? What meaningful models can I train on lets say, just Sales CRM data?

I feel like this tool is more of an automated data analytic solution. Instead of outputting charts and numbers, you provide real predications/actionable steps as a solution. A company would have to trust you with all their data and that might be a hard sell for large enterprises.

Also, where would we get the training data/how would we know the biases/parameters to include to train this data to test our solution before we get it to market?

Kind of seems like you could create a consultant. The AI consultant will learn not only the users data but you can feed it industry specific metrics. You have my attention! Thank you

TK, you are AI. Predicting the future. Go build another company. This is pretty obvious but nice to see someone talking about it and to hear that some are already on this journey of innovation.

TK, my question to you: building a model on top of gpt3 or 4 means that I have to load my data to openai. How can we know that is secure? That is my concern. Especially when you have sensitive data you don't want others to "see".

The use of the marker on A5 size page! Why? 😂

Great content and analysis! It was rewarding to see almost identical thinking - albeit differently structured than your table - as our strategy and how we are executing in vertical SaaS. I am very curious how you think of TAM for this new System of Intelligence area. You refer to it as becoming the most financially valuable to the customer. However, do you see TAM being calculated as a percentage of systems of record, engagement and decisioning (much like cloud security TAM is approx. 5-8% of cloud infrastructure spend)? Or do you actually feel the system of intelligence will overtake market opp. of the others?

TK, I'm so glad I saw this on LinkedIn. You are spot on. I saw you were at Bridgewater; I *almost* went as a dev around the same time. Awesome content here.
