Most important thing that entrepreneurs should do is pick something they care about work on it but don't actually commit to turning it into a company untill it's working if you look at the data the very best companies that have gotten built a tremendous percent of them have been built that way and not from people who decided up front that they wanted to a start company

The fact they are building or have built their own graphics engine massively increases the value of their company. They can sell it to other game developers, and also use that money to develop their own games further.

So his advice is to wait until your idea works long enough for someone else to steal it from you.
