The brown sauce, HP is the only way 😂😂😂🍳💖 nothing too posh. A piece of crisp bacon and a fried egg lush but no more. I will use lard though. I went through years not cooking with it, but it adds something special to traditional food.

The recipe looks really great & I would like to have given it 10 out of 10, if it were not for the truly insane suggestion that one should utilise a metal potato masher in a nice new non-stick pan. So I guess that you need to buy a nice new expansive non-stick pan every time you cook this dish & destroy it with a potato masher. Right?

Well my bubble and squeak tomorrow is gonna be leftover pots, sprouts and parsnips. Just fried with some bacon. With the least amount of bullshit cookery possible. Maybe some baked beans.
