Step 1: Get some bubblegum
Step 2: Chew the gum until soft and rubbery
Step 3: Push the piece of gum to the roof of your mouth
Step 4: One flat, move the piece of gum behind your teeth but leave a small gap between your teeth
Step 5: Push your tongue through the gap between your jaws
Step 6: After Step 5, gently blow into the gum

I just learned it today. I have been trying for 12 years. First, you want to learn how to surround your tongue with the gum. To do this, I find it easier to smooth it flat against my top and bottom teeth at the front. One tricky part is that I keep pushing my tongue under the gum rather than in the middle to push it out. So make sure your gum is smooth on your teeth. Then make a small opening just enough to push your tongue out of your mouth. Then blow. This is where I had the most trouble. You cannot blow through your mouth, so instead, do it with your nose. After you take a breath, blow out from your mouth. Try to practice it to get a feel what it's like to blow air out of your mouth with your tongue sticking out. Put them all together and you have a bubble. Remember to always practice. Pro tip. try and practice it in front of a mirror first so it's easier to see if you're pushing the gum in or out of your mouth. Once you get better, you can start flattening out the gum from the roof of your mouth.
