Conan is definitely a good boss. During the 2007 writers strike he paid his production staff out of his own pocket. That goes above and beyond your average boss. That comes from someone who really cares.

At my last job, there were often catered lunches and snacks for certain important meetings. When they had their fill or the meeting was over, the receptionist would text a few of us. It was very nice stuff. I’d take some for me and my end of the building. It’s better than discarding it. Yum
