Politely ask the associate to help with the displays. You want to make sure everyone is focusing on the highest priorities.


Refrain from saying anything this time, but plan to address the issue if it happens again.


Notify your manager of the issue so that she can discuss it with the associate

omgggg I passed! I have passed before but then failed like 2 times after that & now I passed AGAIN. The first time I passed they wanted to lie & say I didn’t which is so annoying. The walmart tests are pretty easy tbh, I applied for 5/6 positions and had to test for them all and I passed all of them. You only fail if you don't have common sense or if you pressed the wrong answer by accident.
