we ended up getting crazy sick after our roadtrip so we're finally BACK with the moving vlogs!! here's a little update on our living situation, Target haul for our new house, some unpacking. there's still a ton of work to be done. but we'll continue that in the next vlog.

I love love love that your family is together now and it seems you're really happy. A part of me is a little sad for you though having followed sonce 2020 and knowing your journey and how much you loved that Alabama house on the lake and how it was literally your dream home that you manifested, and seeing you cry when you were able to buy it, then watching you put so much love and care into making it your own with your dad. This is probably me projecting but it does make me sad how women are really expected to uproot ourselves and forgoe our dreams and other pursuits to follow men, and that's just the norm. I know you can't choose who you fall in love with and obviously a baby in the mix changes things but, Idk just wish you could have had your family AND also stayed in your dream house. ❤❤

Hi Cathrin, i’m an ex military wife of 10 years and I lived on base on every tour and I loved it… first of all it saved us a ton of money and then it was assessable to everything we needed. You made a good choice. 💕💕💕

I am so glad both of you got there safe. As a military wife the only thing i encourage staying on base housing is if the relationship with people doesnt feel right walk away. You will get all the tea tho with the right neighbor 😂

It’s probably from changing locations. When I moved from Bama to New Mexico I had different allergies. My husband actually came off of a medication he’d been on his whole life simply bc we moved & his allergies went away!

I’m just north of Houston (transplant from VA), so all I’ll say is that if you’re in TX, get ready for power outages. The TX grid is suuuper unreliable. We were shocked how often it went out when we moved here in 2019. Ended up buying a whole house generator so we wouldn’t have to worry!
