The whole interaction with this soldier is such a good scene. Forget that Frank is aiming a pistol at him. The Marine is a Vietnam vet like Frank was in the comics and once he learns Frank is also one, he immediately changes tone to respect and honor. It shows that no matter how old, no matter where you come from, if you're veterans, you're brothers.

Frank’s choice is one of the greatest superhero OST’s of all time. I like it better than the shows intro imo which is kinda forgettable.

A nam vet saying welcome home is actually pretty powerful. When they first came home, pretty much nobody told them that. It was their own country and they didn't feel welcomed home. Him telling another soldier "welcome home" has a lot more meaning than you might think.

From all the comments, frank will not shoot a friendly ever, yeah he was trying to instigate it towards DD, but even if Matt did say something frank would probably just knock the old guy out cold, non-lethal.

Netflix outdid themselves with these Marvel shows, especially the scenes with Daredevil and Punisher. It really feels like I'm watching a moving comic book when I see the actors and writers bring those characters to life
