If you use microwave, making square style thick omelette is not difficult. But what if you have only round style frying pan?

That's a cool method for making a square omelette. Most people don't own a rectangular one so this is great. I wanted to add though, when you use your knife to slice through paper, it dulls your knife much quicker. That's why seamstresses would hurt you if you use their fabric scissors on paper. 🤣

Kansai area(Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, Shiga, Hyogo and Wakayama)...usually this style Tamago(Dashimaki Tamago=だし巻き玉子) sandwich. Kanto area →boiled egg ＋mayonnaise.
My husband(he was born in Osaka) like this style😀👍If go to the local coffeeshop in Kansai area, can eat this style Tamago sandwich🥪☺️

I love these sandwiches. I usually make it with sugar and a pinch of salt and add a splash of sake before beating the eggs. And try it with mayo and wasabi for a Japanese style :)

I was excited just by the thumbnail image lol! It looked even better while you were making it..the finished product looked soooo good! You could see all the layers and by not over mixing the eggs it had a beautiful variance of color. I was surprised how you cooked the eggs in the pan, it was very interesting! I really do not like mayonnaise but the way you made it looked too good to say no to and I would totally try it your way! Well done!
