Most unfair rule used by the social security disability benefits system? SSD SSDI Disability lawyer

Every Thursday at 8pm EST, I will be live on YouTube grilling claimants with questions for their upcoming ALJ hearing. Just call 407-279-1754 and we will run questions together. First come, first serve, and please remember to use a pseudo name.

Howdy guys, my name is Attorney Walter Rudolph Hnot, III. New Jersey born, MBA, JD, Master Mason and a tireless advocate for the homeless and low income who are seeking disability benefits. It's simple, if you are within the law's requirements for disability benefits, you get a check every month, and health insurance. No, it doesn't include a new iPhone, house or cool car, but, with your SSI/SSDI disability backpay, you can potentially get those things...with your own disability money :-). I created this channel because of how many crazy things I was hearing out in the general public on how this system works. I did library seminars, academia seminars, food truck seminars (which I prefer), etc...The online video platform is the best way to reach the majority of you guys. It is weird when clients of other big box firms take pictures with me outside the hearing office...weird for the big box firms :-). Just remember that you are a star, a beautiful human being in the cosmos, and that your life is worth your time. Keep fighting and pick a great local attorney for disability benefits. Don't forget to subscribe, like, comment, share and leave those 5 star reviews.

Hoops and more hoops. It's mentally draining. It literally has ruined my life. Almost as much, if not more than my illnesses, and injury. I am broken from this experience. Inside and out. What they don't understand, is anyone with a work history, would rather be out there being productive, than going through this Hell.

All I know is that EVERY time I watch Walter R. Hnot's YouTube Videos, I not only understand what is happening much clearer...I avoid making many STUPID mistakes based on my complete misunderstanding of what the people at Disability are ACTUALLY doing verse what I thought they were doing. I recommend watching as many of this mans videos as possible even if you have a Lawyer just so you can sleep knowing what you need to do and avoid purely foolish responses to what they are doing.

I am 63, almost 64, and get $1663 in SSDiI and I can't survive on it. I am homeless and got section 8 but its still low and leaves me living in a slum. The TWP social security allows me will cause me to lose the section 8. Meanwhile, I am not sure I can work or how long I will last. I have very bad Major Depression and anxiety as well as chronic respiratory issues. Should I give up the section 8 and do the TWP then hope to work PT after I finish it for the $1470 Social security allows? Can I stretch this out until I reach 67? There is no incentive to work again at my age because my benefits will go down when I reach retirement age plus, even with full-time earnings @$27 an hour, after taxes, it's about the same take home as if I worked part-time and kept SSDI. Either way, renting a market rate apartment will cost well over $1000 a month and transportation is not cheap in NY where I am. How do disabled seniors survive with these ridiculous rules that forced us into homelessness and poverty? I feel like I am days away from dying with no way out.

I was told being homeless could get my case expedited but that wasn't true because it didn't and in the meantime I'm still waiting on approval. Now I find out I will be penalized for being homeless. I just can't win....

Please add when people work 25 years in the workforce fulltime serving their fellow men. They take six years off as a homemaker then become fully disabled! Now at 50 and disabled they don’t have enough credits to qualify! You earned 100 over your lifetime but only 40 of the last ten years count and that credit count has been deducted! And credit count goes up the “older” you get and taken away when you now need them most!

My sister has been charging me $150.00 per month to help cover utilities and transportation costs and I have to pay it back if I can. How do I prove this. Please reply. My hearing is this month and I`ve applied for SSI.

I have a question for the disability attorney. The question is how can we collect the back pay of the cost of living that is owed to us. Inflation has been much higher than what was given to people on SSDI/SSDA/SSD. How can we get that back pay? Who has the cahouna's to go after them for what they owe us. It's about $13, 000. If not more???

The whole process is a joke and sucks. Hard to reach an agent and webpage is filled with glitches. That's a government agency for you...
