Beware of cyber-scam disguised as Utah credit union texts

Intelligence experts are warning Utahns about a scam involving cybercriminals posing as a local credit union that could lead to people losing a lot of money.

Why is it that our intelligence agencies aren't able to track down these individuals? There are plenty of resources to do so. Track them down and charge them with Federal crimes.
