Just came across your awesome video. Great explanation! I just discovered that the screen door in my door was installed on the inside and the glass door is on the outside. I also found out the entire frame is upside down. Seriously... whoever built my apartment was a moron...

Thank you so much guys, I tried fitting a slidi g door for the 1st time for a client and and I must say I was very confused😂🤣, there's so many pieces to assemble and it looked impossible. Didn't make any sense at all. I prefer to put the slider section on the inside to prevent access to the roller wheels by thieves.

i was renovating my moms house and the builder has messed the sliding door it does not open he did not install it correctly am so frustrated, he has taken it out and back again but still its not the way it supposed to be, do i need to buy a new one or can it be fixed?

Will water sitting in the bottom track seep through your screw holes ?
How do you water proof your screw holes so the timber doesn’t rot?
Or if installation to first floor balcony, how do you water proof so rain water doesn’t leak through the screw holes to the plaster ceiling of the room below on the ground floor ??
