Bought one of these 3 weeks ago. Do around 60, 000 km per year...much on road and much very rough bush driving. It handles both very well. Very happy with my purchase. Value for money in my book.

This is the way a presentation should be done. Detailed impressions, not just technical data. Good work

Almost 50 years since the Metric system was introduced, people are still using inches.

I bought Feb 2021 GX model. Love it worth it. Official fuel consumption is 3.8L/100km. Mine shows 3.7L
Fill up the fuel once a month. Can go 800km full tank.
Paid $31, 000 drive away. Best and cheapest Hybrid SUV to me.

We did 3000km in WA at a cost of $100. It ran flawlessly. It hasn’t got a whole lot of power but it’s a Yaris. Storage in the boot was good enough. My only beef was that it would grade my driving.

Good review, thanks! I purchased one of these 6 weeks ago and still very happy with my decision. With all cars at this price point there is always some compromise to be made, so while narrow rear doors, old fashioned and cheapish seat materials, and some road noise when gunning that engine are downsides, the plus factors hugely outweigh this. They are, in my view, great fuel economy (unusually, this car is more economical around town than on the highway, and 90% of our driving of this car will be in town), a well sorted ride and handling, more low speed oomph than the figures would suggest, and a comprehensive safety system that is unbeaten in this class of vehicle. Others will have different priorities, but for me it’s great!

I have one of these and do mostly city/highway driving and get around 4.2 - 4.3L/100km, its also only a 35L tank so the fuel lasts us about the same as our old 70L camry but is insanely cheaper to fill up. I have found it to be a great little city car and was well worth the money.

One underrated feature you forgot to mention is this is actually the first Toyota in Australia that can automatically call 000 in a crash like Ford’s emergency assistance

The most old fashioned seat cover I have ever seen in any new car in past 10 years

It seems that Toyota took in consideration all comments and big frustration of Australian people about the interior and the model that will be delivered to Europe, seats, gearshift are totally different! They added armrest also!

Been Toyota brand loyal for years, but have always said, they let themselves down when it comes to the interior of their lesser models, NO LEATHER ! They need to take note and finish them off properly .especially at this price

I quite like the exterior design. I don't mind the interior as I am not going to look at the seat all the time nor am I going to sleep in it. I have bought one still waiting for the delivery from Japan. I am not a car enthusiast though so I just want a frugal, safe, low profile SUV that can move me. I think this car is a good fit for regular ppl like me.

Just need the brown cardigan to go with the interior

I’d probably compare this more to the new Kia stonic than the seltos
