i think what i loved about soothouse was the dynamic they all had. they were genuine friends who had known each other for a long time, so they were able to bounce off each other really well. this is something other reddit channels didn’t have, which is why i personally thought they were quite boring. i miss soothouse, and i try my best to get into the members individual content, but it just isn’t quite the same anymore

Soothoouse and SorrowTV offered so much more than a voice telling me the words written on a screen. They offered human interaction. Comedy and laughter with friends. I remember crying with laughter over some of Soothouses video and to see them stop because of the copycat videos is heartbreaking.
I want to believe if they stuck it out, especially since they were just hitting their stride, that they would have gotten bigger and fought against the easy to make text-to-speech channels but who knows.

I understand they were outdone by the lazy reddit bot channels, but I'm so upset they stopped making videos together. I really believe that as a group, they could have made any kind of video together. It really exposes a gap in the YouTube market, a boyband of YouTubers. I don't mean team 10 or the sidemen, I mean soothouse, low-budget style. They make videos out of a garage and just have fun together.
