I swear - she's the best! She is contributing so much to skincare than any dermatologist you could ever consult.

Waiting an hour really made a difference for me. I tell all my friends who say they have too much irritation from retin a to try that method

So glad you mentioned SLUGGING!!! been using Retin-A (and all your recommendations) for 5 years/5 days a week (took 8 months to get no irritation). 62, normal to dry skin and I would STILL get skin shedding several times a week no matter my skin care routine. THANKS to YOU using CeraVe healing ointment to slug has finally made difference!

I was that peeling onion- until i started using Castor oil as my last step in the sandwich method. Even with the thinnest layer I have no more problems with peeling. I hope this can help someone 😊

Please let people also know that retinol causes dry eyes and can permanently damage eyelid glands if used around eyes

Thanks Dr Dray! I am going to start using it again and take your tips mainly the one about not washing it off in the morning. I always thought I had to wash it off and then apply my sunscreen. Now I know better! 😊

I've struggled with dry skin with tretinoin for 2 years. I am finally getting some relief by using the sandwich method (moisturizer, tretinoin, moisturizer). Thank you for this video.
