AirPods 4 vs AirPods Pro 2 vs AirPods Max, vs AirPods 4 ANC. Which are the best airpods to buy? I tested every pair of AirPods that ever launched and now with the new AirPods 4 and AirPods 4 ANC, this lineup can make it tough to choose. So in this video, I am going to test and analyze each pair of airpods so you can hear the microphone quality, compare my ANC results, and see my unbiased sound analysis. We will also dig into the features, design, and use cases that you may not have considered. And of all these, I have to say, the microphone test is just so shocking to me. Like if you are on phone calls a lot, its just… you have to see this.

I know you said that you really like the Airpods Max, but it was interesting to hear about all the features that they're missing. Then you said that those missing features weren't that big of a deal. I completely disagree! In my opinion, a set of headphones costing $550 should have ALL the features! Not only are they missing features like a power button, a protective case, and a conversation awareness mode, but Apple didn't bother to fix those issues with the "new" ones. That's inexcusable in my book.

I got the AirPods Pro 2 on Black Friday, and I’m so glad I did! The regular AirPods don’t stay in my ears, and the AirPods Max aren’t really my style. But these AirPods Pro 2 are amazing! I highly recommend them.

I have the AirPod 2 pros, and what I do when I’m listening to music is I have it on transparency mode and on my phone setting, the EQ is set at loudness which brings out a little bit more bass. the transparency mode it gets rid of that slight muffled sound that you get when it’s not on so it just sounds so much better personally.

I returned my Airpods 4 in the same day that I received cause of the fit, keeps falling out and gotta adjust it every 20 sec, silicone might work for me and I’d go for the pros next!

Hi Mike. I also had issues with fit for my AirPod Pro in my left ear. I tried the wing tips but it’s a hassle to always take them off when charging in the case so I searched for a better solution. I bought the foam masters aftermarket silicon tips and not only did it fix my fit issue, it also greatly improved the ANC. Give it a try and I think you’ll be surprised at how well they work. Keep up the great content!

AirPods 4 for me .Gave my pros2 to a friend .Couldnt stand the silicon tips anymore .The 4s are so light and fit ok in my ears .Can go for running also .Love them

Hi Mike, I greatly appreciate your candid review and comments. I’ve tried numerous earbuds; AirPods (gen 2 w/anc, pros) Bose earbuds, beats, and Sony; unfortunately they all kept slipping out of one of my ears. Except for the Bose Ultra Open earbuds. After watching your first review, I gave the AirPods Gen 4 with ANC. They are a lot more comfortable than the Pros and the Max. I like the pinch control better than the touch control; everything I had to reinstall or refit them into my ear I would change something. This video just basically confirms what I thought about my AirPods. Bottom line - thanks for information.

The Max only fall back to second place (ANC) because the pads don't fit snugly enough below the ear. On the other hand, the AirPods Pro 2 clearly fall behind in terms of ANC performance if you use different earpieces than the originals (even though they seem to seal more).

I love my AirPods Pro 2. They’re my favorite. I like my AirPods Max but they’re not glasses friendly so not the best sometimes. Then I also still rock the wired EarPods and honestly love those too. They still sound good enough to me and very comfy to wear, even to bed.

i have the base model airpod 4s and they are great, they fit very well and don’t come out too much so if you want a nice fit then get the anc airpod 4s. I personally didn’t need ANC so i went with the base model

I bought both the Airpod 4 ANC and the Airpod Pro 2nd. I wanted to try them for 14 days, which is the return policy, and it ends this Saturday. My favorite of the two is the Airpod 4 ANC, which is light and small, and for me personally and in my everyday environment, they are just as good as the Pros in ANC. Both are a bit challenged in battery life; I am on calls all day long (6-5 hours). My choice would be to keep the 4 ANC - but... even after your video, I do fly about 20 times per year and feel that I will need to Pros for when I'm flying. I'm so torn that I think I'm keeping both. The 4 ANC cost me 179.00 USD, and the Pros 2 only 169.00 USD... I know! Less for the better ones! Which makes it easier to decide to keep both... I think 😀 Thank you for your video... from the others I watched, yours was more insightful.

thiswas reaally helpful.I went ahead and purchased the airpod 4ANC, as much as the airpod pro sounded better, the idea of having. silicone in my ear and having my ear be sore is not the move for me.
