In the Avatar comics, Azula fights Zuko since he stole the letter she had that their mother had written, claiming Zuko’s father is not Ozai
Azula pins Zuko down and grabs the letter since she can use it as proof that she is the rightful fire lord
She tries to escape but Zuko manages to grab her leg, throwing her down as he questions how their relationship turned out to be this way
Zuko hold Azula by her collar right over the cliffside and she thinks that their mom is secretly orchestrating all of this
But then she realizes that Zuko had the letter the entire time but didn’t burn the evidence and asks her brother why as we see Zuko’s conflicted face
She thinks maybe Zuko wants her to have the throne after all and they agree to work together before rejoining with the rest of Team Avatar
We see Aang and Katara helping extinguish the flames from the fight as Zuko explains that him and his sister have arrived at a mutual understanding
So the group hop back on Appa’s back and finally head to the fire nation village of Hira’a

The world is divided into four nations -- the Water Tribe, the Earth Kingdom, the Fire Nation and the Air Nomads -- each represented by a natural element for which the nation is named. Benders have the ability to control and manipulate the element from their nation. Only the Avatar is the master of all four elements. The ruthless Fire Nation wants to conquer the world but the only bender who has enough power, the Avatar, has disappeared ... until now. His tribe soon discovers that Aang is the long-lost Avatar. Now Katara and Sokka must safeguard Aang on his journey to master all four elements and save the world from the Fire Nation.

Keep in mind zuko was pretty much like azula in the beginning of avatar, you could say he’s objectively worse because he knows what real loves is and has iroh but ignores him to cause quite a bit of grief and harm, he did burn down a village that we’ve seen to find aang, if he can do that who knows what else he’s done, azula doesn’t know what love even is because she was just taught power is the most important so this is probably why zuko is trying so hard to help his sister because he knows he was just the same as she was

I love how the letter about Zuko being Ikem's kid also implies that Azula was singled out as her child despite Ursa holding the same amount of affection towards her.

Note: In the show whenever Azula's flames burn something its red and not blue but in the comics whenever her flames are touching something they are blue instead of orange/red

Someone said I was lying when I said zuko is the step son . Bastard child in this case, which is why ozai banished the mom and punished Zuko for her having a mother man’s kid. This was not for kids to read 😂
