Great recipe! One thing. People should try and buy the Maggi cubes that say "Product of Guatemala" . Those are what we Latin & Caribbean typrs use. Nestle now has the shakers but that version is made in the Dominican Republic. The cubes have far less salt.

The black skinned should have been removed... you can easily put in a cooker pressure to soften the meat and save time; you over cooked the bell peppers, and all that nutrient is lost. As for the thyme issue, you could have made a bouquet Garnie. It can also be served with a salad, rice, plantain etc. You get the idea. Apart from that it's ok. Just remember not to eat too often it can and will raise your cholesterol level and is also considered an aphrodisiac and is not cheap... Enjoy!

Is conch like clams or squid/octopus in that you can either cook them very quickly or low and slow? Really interested as I'm looking to see if its feasible to shuck some conch and throw it in a high heat stir fry.
