Got my Pixel 9 256GB the other day, and I'm liking it. I upgraded from a Pixel 4a, because it recently got dropped from NFC payment capabilities (because it isn't getting security updates anymore). It doesn't feel especially different in function from that older model, other than being faster, bigger battery, Qi2 charging, etc. Got a magsafe case for it, so we'll see how much of a game-changer that is. Overall, a good upgrade.

Transferring OTP keys offline is extremely easy @Shannon. I only had to scan 2 QR codes to move about 15 accounts. It would have took longer to turn backup on and then back off.

I don't know that I would trust Google after their really poor reputation for privacy. None of the players have good privacy including Apple, but if I had to pick one I'd rather an Apple. I found the privacy respecting roms for the Pixel to be extremely buggy or have a lot of problems attempting to use them with daily use due to their changes to respect privacy.
