Six mistakes we do while drinking water:
1. Drinking water in standing position.
2. Drinking water even if you are not thirsty.
3. Drinking lots of water at the same time.
4.Drinking cold water (you can drink cold water definitely during summer )
5. Make sure to drink warm water in an empty stomach after you wake up.
6. Make sure you drink water before 30-40 mins before consuming any food and after 30 mins after your lunch or any meal of your day (don't drink water during your meal)

Drink small portions only not huge amount in one time
Drink hot or room temperature water Don't drink cold water
Drink in morning if hot water much better
Don't drink with food a/b 30mts

1. Avoid drinking while standing.
2.Avoid drinking water if you are not thirsty.
3. Dont drink all water at a time, but into small portion whole day .
4.Drink warm or room temperature water .
5. As you wake up early morning first thing sip on luke warm water .
6. Don't drink while eating or immediately after eating keep gap of 40 mins between drinking water and food .

I have a chronic dry throat, no saliva from illness. I MUST drink water while eating. Other than that, the other suggestions are definitely workable. Thank you.
