I have both issues and its different from day to day, I'm a pretty new player though so I have numerous issues. 💯 😂 I believe its due to rotating through about 6 different reeds and the constant change of playability. I play Legere reeds too though and seem to have similar issues and tend to gravitate back to the cane reeds, I'm not even sure I know what I'm talking about....
