Windows Update service keeps turning off while startup type is Automatic

Fix Windows Update service keeps turning off while startup type is Automatic. wuauserv keeps disabling itself.

net stop wuauserv
net stop cryptSvc
net stop bits
net stop msiserver
net start wuauserv
net start cryptSvc
net start bits
net start msiserver

First disable "stopupdates"
And start windows update in services. Make sure its AUTOMATIC
