We subscribe to Google Workspace Business Starter. Biggest pet peeves: 1) Cannot increase storage from 30 GB by using Google One or some other method. Microsoft starts with 1 TB on basic account 2) Cannot share storage between users. 3) Cannot use Shared Drive feature. 4) Cannot easily see what files have been shared and to whom. 5) Cannot run audit reports or get alerts for Drive.
