You should make video abut use google voice for travel the world, let say, I want to leave US for a year, I don't want to pay for data plan service for my phone but I still want my phone # same when I come to US . during I on my trip, I want google authenticator work for my bank, finance ... when you travel the world most of the time just cheaper to get local sim card. thanks please do that

Seeking advice: my Google voice suddenly stopped working. I could see that there were 12 voicemails & several texts but couldn’t access. Spent hours / weeks trying to resolve. I just removed the app & reinstalled but still can not access or link my Google number. I called the number & left a voicemail but never received notification of the call.

I’m overwhelmed & frustrated. Can someone point me in the right direction to resolve ?

I tried G/Voice when it 1st launched in UK for Workspace, got rid of it after a few months as it did not live up to the hype and billing system was a disaster. I moved over to DIALPAD, which not perfect but is working OK.

I run a small business and we are already a Google Workspace subscriber.

We're interested in the Google Voice for 2 things:
1. Seperating work and personal calls (there's been a rapid increase in spam & scam calls).
2. Enabling us to carry 2 mobile phones, 1 on weekdays and 1 on weekends, and keep eveything synchronised.

How should we go about doing that? Should we go on a personal plan or work plan? Should we use the current number as the work dedicated number and get a new one for personal use?

It's just Ok. The big bonus is that it's cheap. Doesn't have a lot of functionality like conference call and call transfer doesn't always work.
