We can’t activate Windows on this device as we can’t connect to your organizations server

In organizations, multiple computers are activated through KMS licensing (Key Management Server). Computers activated through this process do not get a permanent activation. Instead, they need to stay connected with the organization at least once in 7 months or 180 days!

If you receive error message We can’t activate Windows on this device as we can’t connect to your organization's server, then:

1] Ensure that the key belongs to an organization

2] Try activating Windows 10 via Phone.

3] Check if you changed any hardware

4] Run the Activation Troubleshooter

5] Contact Microsoft Support.

edit: I've just had a search around and still nothing all websites say the same thing - make sure your connected to your organisations server and try again - its very frustrating

You didn't mention that the activaiton codes can be cojmputer generated and sold on the internet for $10-20... sounds great until you buy it and found that some another freeloader used it
