Close Call, Almost Died, Idiot Missed His Exit, Stopped in Slow Lane of I-40

Well after replaying the video, I see that this stupid car on the side of the road missed his exit and was waiting for somebody to let him in. Too bad his plates were not clear in the video, this guy needs his lic revoked.

I had the same thing happen to me once, I was test driving a 2013 Toyota Camry from dealership I'm glad I didn't wreck it. It was raining and a truck was at a standstill at the freeway and I was traveling 80mph the car in the front of me was too slow to react and collided with the truck and I quickly avoided the wreck. Thank god or else I would be in deep shit

It just looks like you are driving unnecessarily fast on the slow lane, which by conventional understanding has periodic deceleration. Basically, slow ass people drive on the right side (imagine grannies and new drivers), so its never a smart idea to pass cars on right. But you are right that person shouldn't have stopped there. Bad news all over.
