How to fit a door lining and new door frame

Hello and thanks for joining me on my mission to get my lads room up to avenger level..

in this one I will be installing a new door frame after ripping out the old one with a glass top ..

quick question for anybody that can answer, at 2:43 he says its a standard door lining from Wickes, at 3:20 he calls it a frame, what is it, a door lining or a door frame ?

Strange how the other leg of the door frame just appeared. And why did you not build the whole frame and put it in as a rectangle?

Great bit of advice re banging in nails. One of my biggest bugbears on jobs is mess. No reason for it. If your going outside take something out with you. And bang in or flatten those nails. On an almost daily basis i actually see people stepping over bits of wood with nails sticking out. Laziness, full stop. Great vid by the way. Thank you.

Good video up to a point but it would have been very beneficial to see you put the other side of the frame on. Could have easily done that in the time you were talking at the end.
