What screws should I use if the door lining is going onto masonary bricks?

When it comes time to prime and paint the lining what do you do about the screw heads? They are almost flush, do you simply paint over them?

3:08 are you supposed to drill screws in at a diagonal angle so that the heads aren’t flush with the wood?

Height of door is 1981mm, B&Q door lining height is 2100mm. What measurement would I have to cut the height of the door lining to? Would it be an extra 10mm? So it will give a 5mm gap at the top and bottom of door. So cut at 1991mm? Thanks.

How can I do this and use the 96 inch tall opening’s 2 mirrored slider doors, converting them to hinged doors.

Thank you! The slider doors were driving me crazy and the track was torture on my toes stepping into the closet. The hardware store near my house sends out glass to be cut, and they said they could trim the mirror door, though there is a chrome metal trim around the whole door. Knowing how much to cut will be key. I also wonder how to best attach a piece of wood to the door so that I can put hinges to that to attach it to the wall? I’m really wanting not to waste these expensive doors. Thank you so much! Lisa
