The pushing down on the bar cue our coach gave us is what gave me my first toe to bar. Made me wonder why it was so hard to do in the first place. Can't string them together though.

So cool that HQ is cataloging these movements! For coaches, it's very helpful to link to these videos in an email before people come into On-Ramp classes, so they can get an idea of what they will be learning, especially the fundamental ones, like squatting, push-ups etc.

Lots of bodybuilding idiots here saying it's '0 reps'. Of course its 0 reps for the only 3 abs exercises you know. This is crossfit, not bodybuilding.
And if I see you doing strict toes to bar, which is part of crossfit as well, i might as well ask : when do you work on your cardio / fitness / balance / flexibility?
