For those that aren't aware, you want to test CPUs at 1080p low settings to ensure the GPU has no chance of hitting max usage so you're getting pure CPU data.

Great video...I'm on a 5600x with a RX 5700 so upgrading is not gonna make a big difference for now but will go with the 5800x3d, but wondering as games demand more cores if the 5900x/5950x might start beating the 5800x3d in a few years??? Already we are seeing that 8gig for gpu is not enough for even 1980p? Eventually will upgrade RX 5700 to either a 6950xt or 7900xt (will do this before upgrading cpu...though of course I will be bottlenecked) (maybe the xtx...if the price isn't too bad of a difference...but plan on staying at 1980p as I just had to buy a new monitor as mine crapped out.)Looking for people's thoughts.

I understand how everybody loves to test the CPU on low settings to see how powerful it is. I guess the difference at 4K is minimal. Nobody is buying a 7900 x to play 1080p low, sorry almost to nobody is.

I know a lot of work goes into these videos. It's nice to see a raw power comparison. I was trying to find a real world comparison. Those are very hard to find.

Am getting tired of this 1080p test I get it test the cpu performance but I’m real world gaming beside EA competition 1440p with ultra is where it’s at but I know some will say it’s going to be gpu bound but the cpu will still help.
