Thanks a lot for the video with which not only I adjusted my watch time to summer time but also for the first I realised that there are the button names on the watch!!  
PS: Am I the only one who thinks baby G-Shock is very uncomfortable to read and adjust? I wear a black one and I can not read the button names neither with the use of eyeglasses. I am not able to read the screen neither by watch's light on!!! I have to use the torch of my phone to read the screen digital items.
