Love the rug!! Ethan Allen was a quality brand. Your home is beautuful. I used both S & H Green Stamps and Gold Bond stamps when I was younger. I would put the highchair by the closet if you don't get in and out a lot. That would leave space for a buffet by window too.

The high chair can be floated in just about any space, where you have it, is fine.

I've been really enjoying the progress on the dining room. Absolutely perfect choices! The green stamps took me way back! I'm only 55, but I remember as a little girl, my mother letting me lick the stamps and put them in the books. Then we would take the booklets, filled with the stamps, to the S&H Store in the largest town nearest us. You could buy all kinds of things with them! We would save stamps for special purchases. So, we would plan our next buy and save them up for that item. It was so exciting! lol

Your dining room looks gorgeous. I love all the thoughtfulness that went into everything. The highchair should just float around the room. Maybe add a plant on the seat when not in use, kind of like a plant stand.

It’s so amazing what all you all have done. It’s a beautiful room. The rug and chairs are amazing. You could do a gallery wall on your blank wall with plates and platters, if that’s something you would like. I think I would keep the high chair where it is for the time being. Great job!!

That high chair is beautiful, I would definitely keep it out on display. Maybe when you are entertaining move it in the corner by the closet. The dining room looks so lovely!

I love the high chair in this room :) I'd probably put it to the left of the fireplace, on the closet door side. The floor and the rug are beautifully complementary and the large and historically appropriate windows will always be so lovely.

You could hang a mirror over the fuse panel, something to reflect the light, something long. The room looks great, you must feel great to claim another space. I have a formal dining room and we love it for the holidays
