So this is just Final Destination but instead of death being a metaphorical being, it's a clock app.

Legally the contract is already void, it's against the law to create a contract that involves any illegal activity and murder is obviously illegal. There's no loophole where you can commit crimes just by getting someone to sign a contract. In most places there are also laws against "unfair terms" in contracts for things that are technically not illegal but would not be expected under any normal circumstances, so like if you agree to the terms of an app and in it they say "you have to give us all the money you own" that would be illegal.

Usual misconception is that a stopped heart can be jump-started by defibrilator. It cannot. Once its stopped, you need to perform CPR (manual chest or direct heart massage). Defibrilators can correct the rhythm of heart - basically when its still beating, but not efficiently (fibrillating), like in spams.

Deleting an app doesnt actually delete it, it kinda just pushes it to the back and lets the device save over top of it, once its been overwritten, then yes its gone.
I used to wipe hard drives like this, format them, then copy paste a 1mb file untill the drive is mb for mb full, then format again

Defibrillators can't start your heart if it's stopped, they just reset it if it's fibrillating. If somoens heart has stopped begin chest compressions

The entity seems like a sore loser version of Final Destination’s entity. Literally kills you with supernatural powers if you didn’t follow it’s stupidly intricate plan of dying another way😂
