I am glad to have found your channel. I am glad to be out of the mainstream church. I was with the United Pentecostal Church (UPC) in Ontario, Canada and it is all about tithes of money and monetary offering. All money. If the pastor calls you faithful, that means you pay your tithes regularly over and beyond the 10 percent of your monetary increase before taxes. Righteousness is following the pastor and not questioning him on whatever. My whole family left the UPC and started reading the bible as it is and started following the TORAH. Praise Yah for leading us out of the deception and brought us to the light of His TORAH.

John 3:16 is never followed up by the next 5 verses explaining what it is to believe. Good job. The last 3 verses of Hebrews 3 is another passage I go to to point out what belief is.
17 But with whom was he grieved forty years? was it not with them that had sinned, whose carcases fell in the wilderness?

18 And to whom sware he that they should not enter into his rest, but to them that believed not?

19 So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief.

Because they walked in sin, disobedience, they did not believe. Some versions of the Bible actually say "because they did not obey".
