Dude great video and really practical. Such good tips and I have experienced the same things as well. I have definitely found in the past during a diet I would actually enter my food intake at the beginning of the day, for the whole day, or the night before. Then I knew exactly what I was going to eat and I could more easily hit my macros and calories. I lost about 13 pounds or so over the course of my 11 week cut. Thanks for putting this together and keep it up!
