for the second exercise, i found it quite hard to keep the rhythm so i thought of the verse from fly me to the moon where it goes "let me see what spring is like on jupiter and mars" except make it sound more like this: on :)

I can sing high notes very easily. It's a piece of cake for me! But low

impossible for me! Whenever i try to sing high notes my voice wants to hide itself!
