I have problem when refresh the excel query, there is error message like this "DataSource.Error: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send". Can you help me for this issue?

I've been trying to use the credentials option, so the data doesn't go public but restricted to my company's domain... zero luck.. Have you tried using login credentials?
