Hey guys, nice review :)

As you may know, this is actually the third version of the game. The first one being Mad Arena and published in 2008 (in France), thus pre-dating KOT. The second version was renamed Utlimate Warriorz and self-published by the authors in 2011.
Sorry for these boring information ^^'
Keep up the good work.

Great video! I blind-bought this at DTC IV after Tom recommended it in the Q&A and the Awards show.

I'm so glad I did too! This is a blast of a game and is SO MUCH fun with 7 or 8. Definitely happy this is in my collection. A very unique and enjoyable experience!

Looks like a decent, simple game.  I'll end up getting it eventually.

this looks good but I will NEED to replace those standups with some actual kaiju figures!!

This game is nothing like King Of Tokyo in terms of actually playing the game.
The fact that it has dice, or a similar art style or that it is a simple game does not mean it is anything like King of Tokyo.
Totally different games.
That said, I agree with Tom and Sam's rating. Fun little game, plays super fast, but feels like you're making more important choices (even if there is a lot of randomness).

seems like a game that will get better with smaller expansions that introduce new characters, as well as new mechanics
like traps that make you lose lp if youre on that space, that activate on each round.
or just survivors gaining a new card each round from a selection, guy with least points gets to choose first.
or even the ability for defeated survivors to use ranged attack cards (they dont get points for it, but its good way to get revenge)

just something that adds a little more depth to the board and cards (which boss monster in my opinion, sadly failed on)
other then that great game.

Hang on! All you do is move and attack! Not nearly as versatile as King of Tokio.
