I would advice against using this form of english if you're keen on maintaining your vocabulary skills... unless you are often in the field of learning or teaching, you'll loose touch with formal speech... i regret switching to this form of speech because it becomes fairly difficult to break the habit.
Especially when writing comes into play where you're mostly likely trying to be formal.
It becomes rather bothersome when you read through your work only to find something wrong, requiring to rephrase them entirely when it should have been done right in one go.
