Hi, I was reading the co payment claise in health assure plan, below is the clause mentioned on website :
Co-Payment
If the insured person purchases or renews the policy at 61 years of age or above, then he/she is subjected to the co-payment of 10% for each and every claim amount.

Seems like its not about entry age, even if somebody enrolled at age of 59 and he renews it at the age of 61, he would need to pay 10% copayment
