How I Make A Simple Egg Mayonnaise #shorts

6 x Eggs
150g to 200g x Mayonnaise
15g x Dijon Mustard
Salt and Pepper to taste

1. Place the eggs into a sauce pan and cover with cold water.

2. Place over high heat and bring to the boil. Immediately take off the heat and place a lid on. Leave the eggs to sit in the covered pan for 10 minutes.

3. Place the eggs into cold water and then peel them. Mash the eggs using a fork and add in the mayonnaise, dijon mustard and season to take with salt and pepper. Mix everything until fully combined.

4. Serve and enjoy!

Too wet I like a drier consistency and toast potato bread and spread a small layer of mayonnaise then place the egg salad on the toasted potato bread cut and enjoy (of course seasoning to taste)
