Would be interesting if you gave them all a flat EQ with a tone stack calculator to cancel out the differences in the knobs

I always thought Engl had a sharper more trebley sound while Orange had a darker fizzier, almost fuzzier sound. At least to my ears.

Orange Amps are perfect for doom/sludge metal tones

A stereo pan of both amps at the same time would’ve been a nice touch at the end. I bet these amps compliment each other nicely.

I always liked how orange sounded in the band context. A lot of high gain amps turn into 4khz noise on top of everything.

Honestly even if I'm biased towards Orange, ENGL just sounds sharper. Also sounds closer to the original to me.

Orange has some space to work with, almost an ideal pedal platform.

Probably the 2 amps that sound the least like each other lol nice choices. I'm with the Orange all the way, I love the warmth and filth, but they're both great for different applications

first one sounds nice for like a bridge of a song or something that needs to come thru super clear to show off the songs main riff, the orange has the best presence when the full band comes in and you want ppl to feel the music

Personally, i liked the tone of the orange more. Both sounded great though!
