Boy, my PC is a lot different from yours! First, it's a standalone PC: My ipconfig is all "Media disconnected", except for the Wireless LAN adapter Wi-Fi, which has my internet connection information. I installed IIS as you described, but when I run it, all fields are blank: No "DESKTOP-RK14747 HOME", no connections listed - nothing. I tried to enter various things, but everything is ignored. What did I do wrong?
