You need to use commands btw the command is /setblock ~ ~ ~ sculk_shrieker ["can_summon":true]

Would it spawn in the deep dark naturally but on peaceful mode because im on peaceful with the deep dark but idk if it will spawn or not

I tried the same with sculk sensors, it's just repeats to make noise, it's doesn't work.
