Erin, definitely I agree with your friend, many people including me probably are subscribed first of all because they like your personality, sense of honesty and humor, to see how you grow as a person and insights from running your business. Some would watch more vlogs, I like a lot the videos like this and some tips. It is truly inspiring and it is fun to be part of your community.

You had less than 50K subscribers when I discovered your channel, which seems a lot for the time you were on youtube and I related to your journalistic side because I was a photo reporter in the past. And now you still regularly post videos and have 400K+ subscribers. It is not only about youtube.

I’d be interested to learn more how to run a team and your experience with communities through your courses and programs.

As you’re talking the interesting perspective I’m learning is when you’ve provided value (How to, educational, tutorials) that others can agree is just that (valuable) then the audience/readers etc start to care about the person because they have gotten value first. So I think with that understanding it should be easier for you to digest 🙂 and make that content about you. Since as Sean on think media has said something to the effect of not starting with you but with them in mind. May have not used that exact phrase but yea.

It's nice (and interesting) seeing you brainstorming live on video. Erin, keep videos like this in mind, and as a private playlist for yourself, to look back on and keep track with. Then you can remind yourself what you wanted, you can see the progress as you go, etc.

It's also nice seeing Creator's College becoming more and more like other colleges. So that people coming out of high school, when they think of what college they want to go to, Creator's College can be on the list of their possibilities. That's great and cool.
