Roller coaster hack my son taught me because hes a thrill seeker.
1.Push your feet down as hard as you can if theres a base to do so
2. Close your eyes
3 take long, deep breathes.
My son taught me how to tolerate rollercoasters so that I'd go on them with him. I dont know if its the technique that worked or just having him be calm and reassuring but either way, we rode ever rollercoaster at Knott's and Magic Mountain and had the best time! Love that kid to pieces, hes such a sweetheart to his momma.
