Hey Jeff! I hope you're doing well I have an upcoming Amazon Program Manager internship interview and really enjoyed your video where you explained What a program manager job responsibilities are. How would you go about answering a "Tell me about yourself" while a college student with a few internships under their belt? (The position I am in right now). There so many ways of going about it but knowing you were a technical recruiter at Google, there must be a way that google prefers.

Thanks Jeff for the amazing content. I completed my interviews in November, and your videos greatly aided my preparation. Despite performing well in four rounds, the fifth, with the hiring manager, didn't go as planned. Consequently, I won't be joining that team, but they're considering me for the same role in other locations/teams. Unfortunately, I learned about this in December when many were on leave. Over a month has passed, and I'm becoming anxious as no news and no new similar openings have surfaced.
* Have you encountered a similar situation?
* My recruiter mentioned no need for interviews in the next 18 months, just calls with other hiring managers (But I want to start working asap). Does this indicate the hiring committee step is completed?
* Can recruiters create roles? I've seen higher-level positions on Google's site; can I request consideration for a lower position in the same team?

Your advice would be really helpful.
