can you do a video on ***installing*** a Linux OS onto a flash drive? I am looking at DebianDog Stretch (9) because it has Xfce, but 10 looks fine, too. I hope to encrypt it and install and uninstall a lot of stuff. I am hoping this ***installed*** (opposed to a *live* USB) can be used at any PC without the need to re-boot or change boot options on the host PC.

when i use ethernet by my 5g phone redmi k50i (speed 1000mbps) in my ubuntu laptop
my phone starts rebooting as soon as i do any activity that use internet
