A few years ago on Fourth of July over here in Suffolk County, New York a triangle of orange lights 3-2-1 hovering no sound just observing us!!! Very unusual and like you said your mind cannot think of anything else!!! 🌈🕊️🆙🕊️🌈

I had the same commute for 5 years and I can picture in my mind his description of what he saw. The mountain described as being 5 miles away is Schunemunk Mountain. I lived close to the foot of that mountain.
Overall, in my estimation, these sightings and other paranormal activities go hand-in-hand with the principalities in that region that are fed and energized by the heavy New Age activities that you can find in such places like New Paltz, Sugarloaf, Rosendale, etc. There’s demons swinging from every streetlight in those towns.
As for the Nuclear Plant, I worked there for nearly a decade. To set the record straight, the infamous sighting over the Unit 3 reactor was actually a prank by some bored workers involving helium, a trash bag, and colored lights, and it got blown out of proportion. The old timers jokingly referred to it as the ‘Remo Space Program”.
